World Environment Day
World Environment Day is undoubtedly the most important day for living beings. The UN General Assembly declared World Environment Day in 1972, and the official celebration began in 1973. Every day on June 5, there are different goals and propaganda to make our environment a better place to live.
The best part about this is that as individuals and companies, we can all contribute to our environment and make it a better place to live. Samson Film is an advocate for sustainable filming and green traveling. You might be fazed by knowing what an organization such as Samson Films can contribute to our environment.
Here are some of the contributions Samson Films has made to upgrade our environment. Samson Film has worked relentlessly to shed light on the environmental crisis and problems through exceptional filmmaking.

Samson Films prioritizes deep and resourceful storytelling rather than blindly following the trend. We make it our mission to influence positive changes through our films. One of our recent films, Wildfire, captures the essence of the environmental tragedy. The unforeseen and uncontrolled wildfire not only destroys plants and the environment but also damages the entire ecosystem. It makes our viewer rethink their decisions regarding the environment.
Filmmaking is a process. This process involves days and nights of traveling all over the place. While doing so, it is easy to get caught up in our problems and completely disregard the environment. However, we are ethically bound to be green and sustainable; this aspect can be witnessed in our films and content as well.
People in the remote areas of Nepal are deprived of education and basic knowledge, especially regarding the protection of their environment and the Earth. We mentor such people and collaborate with other creative fellows who work on solving such issues.
We value eco-filmmaking as a major part of our filmmaking process. It included reducing carbon emissions, using paper and plastic, etc. Samson truly believes that it takes a single initiative and a person to make a difference in the environment.

When you reduce plastic waste, you contribute to the environment's progression. Are you willing to participate in the reduce plastic campaign?
